Daniel Rodriguez

Danny grew up in New Jersey with amazing parents, a big sister and fluffy Pomeranians. He’s a first generation Cuban-American and fluent in Spanish. He graduated from Vassar College and the Portfolio Center in Atlanta. 

Danny has worked at Ammirati & Puris and Young & Rubicam. Then a career defining 20 years at McCann New York where he is an EVP, Global Executive Creative Director. He's worked on accounts including Xbox, Coca-Cola, Wendy's, Staples, Kohl's, Weight Watchers, Verizon, MasterCard, Microsoft, Nikon, Office Depot, Lysol and more.

Along with his creative partner, Danny currently oversees multiple global accounts. Together they helped Chick-Fil-A with their national expansion, transformed Cigna into a trusted partner and made Nespresso resonate culturally across 30 countries. 

Danny's work has been recognized by Cannes, One Show, The Webbys, London International Awards, Epica, Cresta, New York Festival, EX Awards and the Effies. His work is featured regularly in Creativity and Adweek.

Danny lives in Williamsburg, Brooklyn with his husband Oscar and their rescue Chihuahua.
